MEET OUR YOUTH PASTORS!
Nate and Shianne have been serving at College Street for three years, stepping into the role of youth pastors during their first year. With over seven years in youth ministry and more than 15 years in ministry as a whole, they are passionate about guiding the next generation in their faith. As ordained ministers, they are committed to creating a Christ-centered environment where students can grow spiritually and build lasting relationships.
Outside of ministry, Nate and Shianne love spending time outdoors with their family. Whether it’s camping, hiking, fishing, or kayaking with their daughters, they cherish every opportunity to enjoy God’s creation together.
They are excited to continue leading and investing in the youth at College Street, helping them grow in their walk with Christ.

At Echo Youth, our mission is simple: to echo Jesus to everyone around us. Our name was born from a powerful moment during our first big youth event, Amplified Middle School Conference. One night, the speaker shared about the echo of Jesus, and in small group discussion, our students knew this was our purpose. We wanted to be an echo of His love, grace, and truth in everything we do.
We believe that the teenage years are some of the most important years for building a strong foundation in faith. That’s why everything we do is designed with students in mind... real conversations, engaging worship, fun events, and a community where everyone belongs. Our goal is to create a space where students don’t just learn about Jesus but experience Him, grow in their faith, and live it out boldly.
Being part of a youth group isn’t just about having a place to go on Wednesdays or Sundays, it’s about surrounding yourself with people who will lift you up, encourage you, and help you walk out your faith. In a world full of distractions and noise, we want to be the generation that amplifies His voice, reflecting His love in our schools, our families, and our communities.
At ECHO Youth, we’re all about growing in faith, building community, and having a blast while doing it!
Every quarter, our youth take over for a special service filled with worship, fun, and an inspiring message.
Our next Youth Service is happening June 7th, and you won’t want to miss it! This time, we’re turning up the brightness…literally… with Neon Night! So grab your glow sticks, throw on your brightest outfit, and come ready to shine!
